Ministry Information

Yes, we are older but still very active in this work of getting the gospel to the unreached people of the world. Right now we are helping our mission buy a radio station in Brazil. It is located in NE Brazil. The station will cover an area that has 2,500,000 people. Less than 3 % are Christians. We are encouraged and believe we will meet our goal of getting the money to pay for it by the middle of May. We already have the FM station and are broadcasting 24 hrs a day on it. The AM will be turned over to us in May when we make the final payment.

I'm also working for a radio station for the Indians of Northern Canada. We are in the beginning stages now. We have a number of people who really want to see it happen. We expect to have a meeting of interested folks some time in the Spring to get it started. Lots has to be down so we need to organize and see how the Lord will make it all happen. There is a lot to think about how best to get it done. So we ask prayer for this project. We'd sure like to have these dear folks up there to come to know Christ. Eleven percent committee suicide every year because they say "There is no hope for us"

They need to hear God's Word daily instead of once in 3 to 12 months. My heart goes out to them. I worked for nearly 49 years with Indians in the jungle of Ecuador. We have learned to love the Indian people. May the Lord open this door. Pray with us.

We also work with a camp in Canada that teaches missions each night. It is a vacation for families. The fishing is great and we love working with families to teach them about missions. If there are any families in the church that would love such a vacation camp in the woods, we'd like to send info to them.
