Mayfair Student Ministries
The youth ministry of MBC exists to help students learn, love, and live God's Word. In doing so we will be a part of this growing family of Jesus followers.
For students in grades 7 - 12, we offer two weekly meetings (Sunday @ 11:00 a.m. & @ 5:45 p.m.) designed to encourage their spiritual development. We also serve up some serious fun with events like MudBowl, OverTime, Winter Retreat, and, in the summer, Teen Week.
The Sunday night meeting is intentionally casual and conversational: every other week we have dinner together so we can talk and develop friendships. The Sunday morning meeting is educational in purpose and, in turn, a little more formal in atmosphere. We meet in room #14 on the south end of the building.
Students are supported by each other and a team of solid adults that love to see kids grow. MSM is here to help students, and families, become better followers of Jesus Christ.
Our annual Winter Retreat is coming!!! We always have a great time hanging out, having fun, and thinking about God stuff. We're going to Timber Wolf Lake in Lake City, MI; it's a fantastic facility! The Winter Jam Tour is the week after the retreat. It features a lot of good Christian musicians for the low, low price of $10! The tickets are only sold at the door which opens at 6 pm. The blue bus will be leaving at 4 pm. For more info about the tour go to http://www.hearitfirst.com/home.aspx.
